Unser Projekt „Wir erinnern“ hat mit weiteren 57 Projekten einen Preis im Wettbewerb Aktiv für Demokratie und Toleranz gewonnen. Das Bündnis für Demokratie und Toleranz – gegen Extremismus und Gewalt verleiht den Preis jedes Jahr an zivilgesellschaftliche Projekte, die zu den Themenfeldern Demokratie, Toleranz, Integration, Gewaltprävention sowie Antisemitismus arbeiten.
Wir freuen uns sehr über diese Auszeichnung, denn sie unterstreicht nochmals die Wichtigkeit unseres Anliegens: Es braucht einen Rahmen zur Auseinandersetzung mit der NS-Geschichte, der die Perspektiven und Voraussetzungen der Menschen mit Flucht- und Migrationserfahrungen berücksichtigt und in dem sich entsprechend auf die Bedürfnisse eingestellt werden kann. So sind zum Beispiel mehrsprachiges Wissen über die nationalsozialistische Vergangenheit und den Holocaust notwendig, um antisemitische und rassistische Anfeindungen im Alltag der Gegenwart in Deutschland einordnen zu können. Daneben eröffnet unser Blickwinkel bislang wenig beachtete und vielfältige neue Zugänge zur Geschichte der deutschen Gesellschaft. Somit leistet die Geschichtswerkstatt einen Beitrag dazu Leer- und Fehlstelle entgegen zu wirken und Informationen mehrsprachig zugänglich zu machen. Die Auszeichnung sehen wir somit als wichtige Würdigung unserer Arbeit.

Notre projet “Wir erinnern” a remporté, avec 57 autres projets, un prix dans le cadre du concours “Aktiv für Demokratie und Toleranz”. L’Alliance pour la démocratie et la tolérance – contre l’extrémisme et la violence décerne chaque année ce prix à des projets de la société civile qui travaillent sur les thèmes de la démocratie, de la tolérance, de l’intégration, de la prévention de la violence ainsi que de l’antisémitisme.
Nous sommes très heureux de cette distinction, car elle souligne une fois de plus l’importance de notre cause : il faut un cadre pour aborder l’histoire du national-socialisme qui tienne compte des perspectives et des conditions des personnes ayant vécu l’exil et la migration et qui puisse s’adapter en conséquence à leurs besoins. Par exemple, des connaissances multilingues sur le passé national-socialiste et l’Holocauste sont nécessaires pour pouvoir classer les hostilités antisémites et racistes dans le quotidien actuel en Allemagne. En outre, notre point de vue ouvre de nouveaux accès à l’histoire de la société allemande, peu pris en compte jusqu’à présent et d’une grande diversité. L’atelier d’histoire contribue ainsi à lutter contre les vides et les manques et à rendre les informations accessibles en plusieurs langues. Nous considérons donc cette distinction comme une reconnaissance importante de notre travail.

Our project “We Remember” won a prize in the competition Active for Democracy and Tolerance along with 57 other projects. The Alliance for Democracy and Tolerance – against Extremism and Violence awards the prize every year to civil society projects that work on the topics of democracy, tolerance, integration, prevention of violence and anti-Semitism.
We are very pleased about this award, because it once again underlines the importance of our concern: A framework for dealing with Nazi history is needed that takes into account the perspectives and preconditions of people with experiences of flight and migration and in which the needs can be addressed accordingly. For example, multilingual knowledge about the National Socialist past and the Holocaust is necessary in order to be able to classify anti-Semitic and racist hostilities in everyday life in Germany today. In addition, our perspective opens up hitherto little-noticed and diverse new approaches to the history of German society. In this way, the Geschichtswerkstatt makes a contribution to counteracting empty and missing spaces and making information accessible in several languages. We therefore see the award as an important recognition of our work.

پروژه ما تحت عنوان “به یاد می آوریم” در دور مسابقات (فعال برای دموکراسی و مدارا) به همراه 57 پروژه دیگر برنده جایزه شد. اتحاد برای دموکراسی و مدارا – علیه افراط گرایی و خشونت هر ساله این جایزه را به پروژه های جامعه مدنی اعطا می کند که روی موضوعات دموکراسی، مدارا، ادغام، پیشگیری از خشونت و یهودستیزی کار می کنند.
ما از این جایزه بسیار خوشحالیم، زیرا بار دیگر بر اهمیت نگرانی ما تأکید می کند و نشان میدهد که چارچوبی برای پرداختن به تاریخ نازی مورد نیاز است که دیدگاه ها و الزامات افرادی را که تجربه فرار از زادگاهشان و مهاجرت را دارند و این پروژه نیازهای این افراد در این زمینه را در بر می گیرد. برای مثال، دانش چندزبانه در مورد گذشته رژیم نازیها و هولوکاست ضروری است تا بتوان خصومت‌های ضدیهودی و نژادپرستانه را در زندگی روزمره در آلمان امروز طبقه‌بندی کرد. علاوه بر این، دیدگاه ما رویکردهای جدید و متنوعی را به تاریخ جامعه آلمان باز می کند که تاکنون کمتر مورد توجه قرار گرفته اند. به این ترتیب، کارگاه تاریخ به مقابله با شکافها و دسترسی به اطلاعات به چندین زبان کمک می کند. بنابراین ما این جایزه را به عنوان یک قدردانی مهم از کار خود می دانیم.
این پروژه توسط بنیاد یادآوری، مسئولیت و آینده حمایت مالی میشود که به اختصار (اِ.فاو.زد) نام دارد.
